Andrea Lacerda of C21 Moretti earns top Realtor awards
Membership is granted to a Realtor who has earned the NJAR Circle of Excellence Sales Award or NJAR Million Dollar Sales Club Award for a period of not less than 10 years. Since becoming a Realtor and joining Century 21 Moretti Realty in 1995, Lacerda has consistently earned NJAR and Century 21 sales awards. This past year, 2005, is the fourth year she has qualified for the NJAR Circle of Excellence Gold Level award. She also earned recognition from Century 21 on the Double Centurion level. Realizing the value customers receive from a team approach, in 1998 she partnered with her husband, Jesse Lacerda, to form The Lacerda Team. "The Lacerda Team's approach has always been to put our clients needs first. As a result, our team has received repeated client business year after year," stated Lacerda. Giving back to the community is a vital part of Lacerda's philosophy. She is currently vice president of the Open Your Heart to Children Battling Cancer Foundation, Inc., founded by a group of Realtors from Century 21 Moretti Realty. The foundation has raised more than a quarter of a million dollars since its inception in 2000. A former banker, Lacerda lives in South Plainfield. Jesse Lacerda also is a trustee of Open Your Heart to Children Battling Cancer Foundation Inc..
